ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were; 1) To create two short videos to show the result from doing good thing and bad thing and let the audiences learn that it is good to do good thing which will make children and teenagers, realize how important morals and honesty have a role in our society nowadays. 2) To use the knowledge that I learned from the digital media program: Video and Film techniques, Storyboard, Photoshop, Illustrator, Camera and Video editing programs. 3) To use this video as the media to express the importance of morals and ethics. The target audience will be students in elementary school. Ideally, this video will promote the prevalence of moral and ethical behavior amongst the students.
The research procedures were consisted of 4 phases; namely, 1) studying the background information, 2) creating the video model, 3) constructing the research instrument, and 4) experimenting the video model. The subjects were the video that show about how good or bad ethics, morals and honesty are. The research instrument included 1) the children and teenagers’ satisfaction survey on the ethics, morals and honesty behavior instructional design based on based on Simpson’s processes for psycho-motor skill development.
Research findings were as follows.
1. Got experiences, knowledge of the mass media and how to intermediate.
2. Learned form of media and how to distribution it to the public.
3. Got the knowledge and experience in video editing and how to broadcast it to the public by using the blog.
4. The results from the trial allow us to see the media as a instructional media. The comparison results of the ethics, morals and honesty behavior between before and after students taught by the video instructional design based on Simpson’s processes for psycho-motor skill development revealed that the ethics, morals and honesty behavior were significantly higher than before at the .01 level.
Comparative analysis of the difference of average scores from the survey of moral integrity before and after viewing the video about loyalty

From Table 1, found that scores before viewing video values of respondents rated the moral integrity and the average equals 3.10 and after viewing video, mean value equal to 4.90 when testing the difference of the average using T statistics (t-test) show that after viewing the video about loyalty helps people with moral values of integrity, the average score higher statistically significant at .01.

Problems encountered and how to resolve.
1. The technical problem from the video file. I could not export my file to the video editing program because I was using the Windows Movie Maker program and the raw file was VOB. So, I used the video converter to change the file from VOB to WMV.
2.It was hard to find school and students who would like to take volunteers for the survey. So, I used the blog to solve this problem
